3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Prevent abuse, spam, quota bypass, fraud, and unauthorized access
  • Improve product quality, reliability, performance, and user experience
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

4. AI Models and Third-Party Providers

imagioo connects to third-party AI and infrastructure providers to deliver the service. Depending on your configuration and the feature used, your prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, metadata, or technical data may be processed by providers such as:

  • Replicate or other AI model providers
  • Cloudflare R2 or compatible object storage providers
  • Creem or other payment providers
  • Resend or other email providers
  • Hosting, logging, analytics, and security providers used to operate the service

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We use them only as needed to provide, secure, monitor, and improve imagioo.

5. Image Storage and Deletion

Generated images and uploaded reference images may be stored in object storage such as Cloudflare R2. We store image files so you can view history, download outputs, manage your image center, and keep generated work available after third-party model links expire.

When you delete an image in imagioo, we attempt to remove or mark the related record and associated storage object according to the product behavior available at that time. Some logs, backups, billing records, or security records may be retained for a limited period where necessary for legal, accounting, security, or operational reasons.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information based on one or more of the following:

  • Your consent
  • Performance of a contract with you
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Our legitimate interests, including operating the service, preventing abuse, securing accounts, improving product quality, and maintaining payment and audit records

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary:

  • With service providers that help us operate imagioo
  • With payment providers for checkout, subscription, billing, and webhook processing
  • With AI providers to generate or process images
  • With storage providers to save generated or uploaded files
  • With legal, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities when required by law
  • To protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of imagioo, our users, or others
  • In connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, process subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on data type:

  • Account data is generally retained while your account exists.
  • Billing and transaction records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
  • Generated image records may be retained until deleted by you or removed under product retention policies.
  • Logs may be retained for a limited period for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, authentication, server-side validation, upload restrictions, and secure storage practices. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

10. International Data Transfers

imagioo and its providers may process information in countries or regions outside your location. By using imagioo, you understand that information may be transferred, stored, and processed where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and provider terms.

11. Your Choices and Rights
